Production Function Story

I started my career in Human Resources at one of the largest processing plants in the United States. Quickly, I noticed a high turnover rate among employees. After investigating, it became clear that transportation, or rather the lack thereof, was a major issue.
To tackle this problem, I got involved in community events and worked with local and state-funded programs targeting unemployment. Through interviews at the unemployment office, I found that many residents were willing to work if they had reliable transportation.
In my last position at a major processor, there were talks about helping employees with transportation costs to ensure timely product delivery. This experience sparked an idea.
I envisioned a business that provides both individuals and companies with reliable transportation solutions. Our aim? To offer employees a convenient shared-ride transport service right from their doorsteps. This was designed to promote accountability and address absenteeism and high turnover rates caused by transportation issues.
Transportation shouldn't be the reason talented employees can't get to work. We're removing barriers and creating opportunities.
