At Production Function, we’re not just a transportation service. We’re all about making it easy for employees to get to work.We focus on getting people from home to work efficiently. Our services are designed specifically for manufacturing and production facilities all across the state.

We do more than just give rides. We offer a full package of solutions that include transportation and staffing. It’s a combination made to fit the different needs of manufacturing industries.

Our main goal is to make sure employees show up for workand stick around. We know that not having good transportation leads to people missing work or leaving their jobs. That hurts productivity and morale. We’re committed to fixing that by making sure everyone can get to work on time, every time, without stress.

Step 1
Agreement and Contract

Once the transportation service agreement is finalized and signed, Production Function collaborates with the client’s Human Resources team to obtain contract employee riders’ addresses.

Step 2
Route Customization

Production Function’s staff designs customized routes based on employee locations, ensuring efficient pick-up and drop-off points within reasonable zones.

Step 3
Route Communication

Employees receive information about their designated bus numbers and pick-up locations to optimize their commuting experience.

Step 4
Real-time Coordination

Drivers maintain communication with “home base” at Production Function to ensure seamless pick-up and drop-off operations. Home base updates the client on attendance status as needed.

Step 5
End-of-Shift Procedures

After completing shifts, drivers refuel vehicles, conduct final operations and maintenance checks, and continue Department of Transportation training.

Step 6
Vehicle Sanitization

The KVX cleaning system is owned by a company called ATWEC and they hold exclusive copyrights to this product. The Production Function uses KVX's system is a UVC and Ozone module for vehicle cleaning, ensuring safety and disinfectant properties through HEPA filters.

Production Function Story

I started my career in Human Resources at one of the largest processing plants in the United
States. Quickly, I noticed a high turnover rate among employees. After investigating, it became clear that transportation, or rather the lack thereof, was a major issue.

To tackle this problem, I got involved in community events and worked with local and state-funded programs targeting unemployment. Through interviews at the unemployment office, I
found that many residents were willing to work if they had reliable transportation.

In my last position at a major processor, there were talks about helping employees with
transportation costs to ensure timely product delivery. This experience sparked an idea.

I envisioned a business that provides both individuals and companies with reliable
transportation solutions. Our aim? To offer employees a convenient shared-ride transport service right from their doorsteps. This was designed to promote accountability and address absenteeism and high turnover rates caused by transportation issues.
